Position 1: Customer Service Officer – III

Education & Experience

  • BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in banking operations

Place of Work: Branches under Adama & Hawassa District
📌 Applicants with Afan Oromo language proficiency (speaking & writing) are preferred


Position 2: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade 1

Education & Experience

  • BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking operations

Position 3: Senior Office Engineer

Education & Experience

  • BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, or related fields
  • Minimum of 7 years’ total experience in supervision and contract administration
  • At least 3 years in senior roles (Office Engineer, Contract Administration Engineer, Project Coordinator, etc.)
  • Experience with Design‑Build Projects preferred

Position 4: Principal IT Risk Officer

Education & Experience

  • Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • 5 years’ work experience in IT risk or related jobs, including 1 year at senior officer level

Position 5: Branch Manager – Grade 2

Education & Experience

  • BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in banking operations, including 2 years in supervisory positions
