To support its Information Technology operations, the Bank is now seeking fresh graduates for the following position:
Position: IT – Graduate Trainee
Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in:

Computer Science
-
Computer Engineering
-
Information Technology
-
Management Information Systems (MIS)
-
Or any closely related field
Eligibility Criteria

Graduation Year: 2025 G.C
-
CGPA: 2.50 and above
-
Exit Exam Result: 50% and above
-
Must have temporary degree, student copy, and exit exam confirmation ready when requested.
About the IT Graduate Trainee Program
The program aims to develop future IT professionals who can grow into key roles across the Bank’s Information Technology Department.
Trainees will:

Follow a one-year structured program

Work under close supervision of IT unit managers

Support daily IT operations and improvement initiatives

Gain specialized and cross-functional skills
-
Be automatically upgraded to the next job level upon successful completion
