1. Position: Customer Service Officer I – Modjo Branch

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Banking & Insurance
    • Accounting
    • Management
    • Economics
    • Business Administration
    • Or other related fields

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a banking institution.

Core Competencies

  • Understanding of basic banking products and financial services
  • Good knowledge of banking operations and accounting procedures
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond effectively to customer inquiries and provide accurate guidance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience using core banking systems

2. Position: Corporate Relationship Manager (CRM)

Educational Qualifications

  • BA/BSc degree in:
    • Accounting
    • Economics
    • Management
    • Business Administration
    • Banking & Finance
    • or any related discipline

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Resource Mobilization roles within the banking sector
  • At least 2 years of experience at supervisory/managerial level
