Available Positions
1. Senior Programme Manager
Key Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to deliver through others.
- In-depth knowledge of FCDO Programme & Project Management (PPM) processes, including PrOF.
- Experience managing complex programmes in access-constrained and FCAS contexts.
- Financial and risk management expertise.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and take initiative.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partner management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Desirable:
- Experience working in or on Sudan.
- Arabic language proficiency.
- Practitioner-level project delivery qualifications (APM, PRINCE2, MSP, PMI PM Professional).
💰 Salary: USD 2,198.28 (subject to tax and statutory deductions).
2. Programme Officer
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Experience managing projects/programmes with a focus on results.
- Proven financial management capabilities.
- Ability to challenge stakeholders and hold them accountable.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Initiative and ability to manage own workload.
- Strong IT skills (MS Excel, Word).
Desirable:
- Experience in International Development or Humanitarian sector.
- Arabic language skills.
- Prior experience working on or in Sudan.
- Formal Programme Management qualifications (APM PMF, AGILE, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
💰 Salary: USD 901.41 (subject to tax and statutory deductions).
