Position: Card Payment Switch Officer I

The Card Payment Switch Officer I will assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the card payment switch. The role includes onboarding new institutions, testing updates to card payment applications, and supporting clients during project implementation and issue resolution.

Job Requirements

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous relevant experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operation and monitoring of the payment switch.
• Participate in onboarding new institutions for card payment products.
• Assist in testing updates and configurations for card applications.
• Provide technical support to clients for implementation and troubleshooting.
• Escalate and follow up on unresolved issues in a timely manner.
