Responsibilities
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Provide technical expertise in planning and design for Converged Rating & Charging Solution (CCS) and other systems in the docket.
- Development & configuration of new products and services, and executing technical tests, providing support on UAT & Production to ensure quality product release.
- Drive integrations of Converged Rating & Charging Solution & other system solutions in the portfolio to IT Stack and various network elements.
- Responsible for new installations and commissioning of systems in the docket within defined timelines ensuring high quality standards are met and solutions are operationally viable.
- Develop and maintain traffic model for various nodes within the domain and advice thereof.
- Operational Support, Administration & Maintenance of the Converged Rating & Charging Solution & other systems. ensuring issues are reported & resolved within agreed SLA’s
- Responsible for ensuring all systems in the portfolio are running n-1 release (latest stable release) through effective software release management plan and security patch vulnerability execution plan, Business Continuity plan (BCP) and adhere to any other company policy.
- Review of the Systems architecture, roadmaps, and design from time to time to ensure efficient operations & and evolution to new applicable technologies.
- Review system changes and deployment with aim of minimizing negative impact of any change on commercial services and the network.
- Regular engagement & cooperation with other teams to ensure business requirements are captured clearly in the Functional Requirements Documents by the vendors.

Project and Programme Management
- Sound knowledge of products and services with good track record of solution delivery
Functional Competencies:
- Domain experience in GSM is a must with a bias towards CCS, Mediation, Voucher Management, Provisioning, Roaming, Interconnect, Invoicing.
- Working knowledge on cloud Native, TCP, CNF & VNF solutions.
- Good understanding of 3GPP protocols and API interfaces (REST, SOAP).
Qualifications
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- BSc. Degree or equivalent in one of the following: Telecommunication Engineering/Electrical Engineering/ Electronics engineering/Computer Science/IT.
- 2 years’ experience a busy telecommunication and dynamic IT environment or Software Engineering with good knowledge in planning & architecture for Charging solutions including Messaging, Voice, IMS & IOT.
- Working knowledge in Unix systems and Databases – RDBMS & No SQL.How to Apply
