Chef for apartment service specialist who is 20-30 years old and has more than 3 years of experience in large hotel ASAP. the job descriptions are as follow:
1.Apartment dining service:
Responsible for providing daily catering support services for employee apartments,
including meal preparation, meal distribution, and ensuring the entire process of
important receptions.
Assist in purchasing food ingredients according to demand, ensure food hygiene and
safety, and manage inventory reasonably.
2.Apartment environmental sanitation management:
Responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and disposing of garbage in the common areas
and rooms of the apartment, and maintaining a clean environment.
Regularly check hygiene standards, develop cleaning plans, and supervise their
implementation.
3.Accommodation arrangement and coordination:
Assist with check-in registration, room allocation, key distribution, and apartment rule
explanation.
4.Procurement of daily necessities and cost management:
Regularly purchase apartment living supplies (such as kitchen and dining room daily
necessities, cleaning supplies, etc.), check the purchase list and keep receipts.
Ensure daily water and electricity supply for the apartment, and prepare emergency
water and diesel reserves.
Assist in organizing the procurement expense ledger and reimbursement documents
to ensure clear accounting.
5.Other responsibilities:
Timely respond to residents' daily needs (such as maintenance declarations, material
supplements, etc.), and coordinate and solve them in a timely manner.
Assist in coordinating community relations, etc.
