  • Facilitate a three-day interactive workshop (November 19–21, 2025).
  • Submit a comprehensive training report (10–15 pages) with lessons learned and recommendations.

Training Focus Areas

  • Principles and practice of coalition and alliance formation.
  • Advocacy and policy engagement in restrictive environments.
  • Adaptive and resilient organizational strategies for WROs.

  • Building intersectional, inclusive, and sustainable feminist movements.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Gender Studies, Human Rights, Law, Political Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience facilitating trainings on advocacy, policy engagement, or civil society strengthening.
  • Proven understanding of Ethiopia’s civic and policy environment affecting WROs.
