Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
JOB OVERVIEW
- Communicating regularly with the Head of Operations and Director of Fulfillment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the operations of Medical Dispatch Riders
- Responsible for the onboarding and management of vendors within Lifebank Ethiopia
- Ensuring OVA compliance
- Facilitating the processing of orders in real-time
- Ensuring full compliance with all operational regulations
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience in Customer facing or operation roles
Salary: 18,000 ETB Gross monthly
