📌 Position: Junior People and Administration Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business fields such as Management, HR, Business Administration, or closely related fields
• 6 months – 1 year experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and efficiency
• Ability to set priorities and work under pressure with accuracy and dedication
• Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor legislation
• Proficiency with basic technology tools such as Word, Excel, and email

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing human resources and administrative functions
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Handle general office administrative tasks
