Ethio Life and General Insurance S.C. is one of Ethiopia’s leading insurance providers, offering both life and general insurance services. The company is expanding the reach of Libam, its fast-growing digital life insurance product, and is now hiring motivated and energetic Field Salespersons.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or young professionals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and digital solutions.
Position: Field Salesperson (Libam – Digital Life Insurance)
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree (Business-related fields preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
-
Prior sales experience in financial services, FMCG, telecom, or insurance is an added advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong motivation are highly encouraged to apply.
Language Requirements

Excellent command of Amharic.

Knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
Digital Skills

Must be comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for sales and reporting.

Contract & Performance Expectations

Contract Duration: 6 months (field deployment)

Performance Requirement: Minimum 150 digital policies sold per month

Periodic performance reviews will be conducted
Salary & Benefits

Gross Salary: ETB 10,000 per month

Mobile/Internet Allowance: ETB 300 monthly

Performance Incentive: 10% commission from each policy premium (paid monthly)
