Telebirr, E-Commerce & Merchant Management – Sales Promoter

Location: Arada, Ethiopia
Grade: 3.SB31

Job Summary

Ethio Telecom is looking for experienced and motivated professionals who can promote Telebirr and E-Commerce solutions, support merchant onboarding, increase digital product usage, and contribute to customer growth.
Applicants must be creative, energetic, and dedicated to providing excellent customer engagement.

Educational Requirements

Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:

• TVET Level III or Level IV
• Diploma
• BA Degree

Fields of Study:

• Marketing
• Business Management
• Sales
• Business Administration
• Or related fields

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales or Marketing is preferred.

Required Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent proficiency in Amharic and English (speaking, writing, reading)
• Knowledge of other international languages (advantage)
• Understanding of basic marketing techniques
• Good knowledge of Ethio Telecom products and offers
• Good physical appearance (advantage)
