Graduate Trainee Program

This one-year structured program is designed to prepare fresh graduates for impactful roles within Habesha Breweries. Trainees will gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, work on real business projects, and develop critical skills in a dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
• Academic Performance: Strong academic record.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable.
• Attitude: Open-minded, resilient, and motivated to take on challenges.
• Eligibility: Must commit to the full one-year program.
