Open Positions

Position 1: Hairdresser

• Employment Type: Full‑time
• Job Location: Djibouti

Responsibilities

• Style and manage different hair textures, especially African hair.
• Perform brushing, ironing, and advanced styling techniques.
• Apply natural hair care treatments and chemical processes (keratin, protein, botox).
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional presentation.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Certification in hairdressing or cosmetology is a plus.
• Work Experience: Minimum 4 years proven experience as a hairdresser.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in styling, ironing, brushing, and chemical treatments.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, reliability, honesty, and customer service orientation.

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English or Arabic.
• French language skills considered an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
$200 – $300 USD monthly.
