🔶 Position 1: Assistant Manager, Sales & Retention – Special Branch

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Marketing or Management

Experience:

• 2 years as Assistant Manager, Sales & Retention at a Grade A Branch
  OR
• 8 years of relevant experience in the banking industry

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale
Duty Station: Beklo Bet Branch – South Addis Ababa District

🔶 Position 2: Branch Manager Grade C

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Management or Accounting

Experience:

• 2 years as Manager at Grade D Branch
  OR
• 9 years of relevant banking experience

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale
Duty Station: Shashemene Branch – South District

🔶 Position 3: Manager, M&A Project Division

Qualifications:

• MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance
• Certification in CFA Level 2 or Level 3, or CISI Capital Market Program (Securities or Corporate Finance)

Experience (Choose one pathway):

If the applicant holds MA Degree:

• 2 years as Head, M&A Section or Capital Market Operation Section OR equivalent
  OR
• 1 year as Manager, M&A Division or Capital Market Operation Division OR equivalent
• Total: 7–8 years of relevant banking experience

If the applicant holds BA Degree:

• 3 years as Head, M&A Section or Capital Market Operation Section OR equivalent
  OR
• 2 years as Manager, M&A Division or Capital Market Operation Division OR equivalent
• Total: 11–12 years relevant experience

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale
Duty Station: Head Office
