1. Customer Service Officer II
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of banking experience. IFB/Interest-Free Banking knowledge is an advantage.
- Duty Station: Kombolcha
2. Senior Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience. IFB training is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Kombolcha
3. Branch Operation Supervisor
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in banking operations. IFB knowledge is an advantage.
- Duty Station: Kombolcha
4. Branch Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of banking experience, preferably in operations. IFB certification is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Kombolcha

- Training or certification in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is highly advantageous for all positions.
