Education Required: Completion of 12th Grade (Level graduate in Housekeeping or related field preferred)

Position Summary:
Our Guest Environment Experts don’t just clean rooms—they create memorable guest experiences. Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping and hotel maintenance functions, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. From delivering guest requests and stocking carts to cleaning rooms and public spaces, your work ensures a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.

This role requires a hands-on approach and physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds. Following company policies, ensuring safety, maintaining professional appearance, and upholding quality standards are critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Stock and organize housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of 12th grade; Level graduate in housekeeping or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year related housekeeping experience.
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Awareness of health and safety issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
