Industrial Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Automation Engineer/Technician to lead the future of our automated production factories.
You’ll be part of our dynamic Engineering Team, working on:

✅ Troubleshooting PLC programs on the production floor
✅ Leading robotics and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) integration projects
✅ Ensuring manufacturing runs with peak efficiency, reliability & safety

🔧 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Design, develop, program & test PLC and HMI applications
🔹 Configure and integrate sensors, vision systems, VFDs, and robotics
🔹 Collaborate with maintenance, production & IT teams
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve electrical & control system issues
🔹 Maintain schematics, diagrams, and system documentation
🔹 Lead automation projects (budgeting, scheduling, commissioning)
🔹 Drive continuous improvements in performance, safety & quality
🔹 Train and support technicians & operators
🔹 Stay updated on IIoT, Machine Learning, Digital Twins

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
✅ Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
✅ 3+ years’ hands-on experience in automation systems within manufacturing

Technical Proficiency
⚡ PLC Programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider Electric)
⚡ HMI/SCADA (Wonderware, Ignition, FactoryTalk View, Siemens WinCC)
⚡ Robotics integration (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA – highly desirable)
⚡ Motion control (servo drives, VFDs)
⚡ Electrical design (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN)
⚡ Networking (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP)
