Job Summary
ZamZam Bank invites fresh graduates with passion, energy, and commitment to join its Customer Service Internship Programme. This internship offers hands-on experience in banking operations, customer handling, and professional communication. Interns receive transportation stipends and may be considered for permanent employment based on performance and availability of vacancies.
Key Responsibilities

Provide support in day-to-day customer service activities at assigned branches.

Assist customers with inquiries, account services, and general banking information.

Participate in soft skill and technical training programs provided during the internship.

Maintain professionalism and uphold Shari’ah-compliant banking values.

Perform tasks with minimal supervision and ensure excellent customer handling.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualification

BA Degree in:
Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, Management Information System, or related fields.
Experience

0 years of experience required (Fresh Graduates Only).
Additional Requirements

GPA: Above 2.5
-
National Exit Exam: Must be successfully completed

Year of Graduation: 2023 or later

Age: Must be 25 years or below

Ability to commit to a 3–6 month internship

Willingness to work at various ZamZam Bank branches

Willingness to sign internship agreement

Certifications in customer service, business intelligence, etc., are advantageous

Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an added advantage
