The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving regional sales targets and contributing to national objectives through effective Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies. The role leads sales and distribution operations to ensure market coverage, brand availability, and policy compliance across the West & South regions.
The Regional Sales Manager oversees route planning, trade marketing execution, and wholesaler activation to support redistribution and business growth.
