🧪 Job Title: Junior Quality and Safety Assurance Officer

Ethiopian Airlines is looking for qualified and motivated candidates to join its food safety and quality assurance team.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Option 1:

• Education: BSc Degree in Food Science, Biology, or a related field from a recognized university/college.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in:
  • Food Services
  • Food Quality Assurance
  • Cooking with knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards

Option 2:

• Education: College Diploma / 10+3 / Level III Certificate (new or old curriculum) in:
  • Food Preparation
  • Foreign Dish Cooking
  • Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation
  • Baking & Pastry
  • Hotel Operations
  • Or related fields from a recognized TVET or college/university.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in:
  • Food Services
  • Food Quality Assurance
  • Cooking with HACCP and GMP standards
