Job Title: Junior / Trainee Customer Service Officer

Educational Qualification:

  • BA Degree, College Diploma, or TVET Level 4 in Marketing, Management, Accounting, or other related fields

Experience Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates (zero years) or up to two years’ experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of the microfinance business
  • Sufficient understanding of company operational policies
  • Considerable knowledge of banking, marketing, and management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with financial and management principles and practices
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Basic computer skills

Job Description:

The Junior/Trainee Customer Service Officer will support the overall company and branch operations, including assisting customers (feminizers) and gathering macro and microeconomic performance data from various sources. The role involves organizing data and identifying potential savers to promote financial inclusion.
