Kadisco Paint is now inviting fresh graduates and experienced professionals to apply for the following positions:

📌 Position 1: HR Intern

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law
• 0–1 year experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Knowledge of Ethiopian labor law
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to build a career in HR

📌 Position 2: Executive 1 – Retail Sales

Location: Mekelle, Ethiopia

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields
• 0–1 year relevant work experience (internships or university fieldwork in sales/marketing is a plus)
• Passion for sales and willingness to learn the FMCG and distribution industry

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Fluency in Amharic and working knowledge of English
• High motivation to grow into a sales career path

📌 Position 3: Executive 1 – HR

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law
• 1–3 years of HR experience
• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Ethiopian labor law
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to HR career development

📌 Position 4: Executive 2 – Project Sales

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Required Competencies & Skills

• Strong interest in construction and project‑based client engagement
• Good communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in Amharic and good English knowledge
