πΉ Position 1: Digital Banking Officer / E-Banking Officer
Education & Skills:
-
B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields

Strong technical expertise in digital banking products, platforms, and operations
-
Knowledge of electronic payment systems in Ethiopia and cybersecurity regulations
-
Excellent analytical, project management, and customer service skills
-
Ability to research market trends in e-banking and deliver profitable solutions
-
Strong reporting, data analysis, and presentation skills in English
Experience:
-
2β3 years in digital banking, IT systems, or electronic payment systems
-
Experience with core banking systems and mobile platforms is an advantage

πΉ Position 2: Senior Budget and Treasury Officer
Education & Skills:

BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields

Strong skills in planning, analysis, decision-making, and reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Core Banking Systems

High level of integrity, accuracy, and responsibility
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience:
-
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in finance and treasury
-
Background in banking or microfinance operations preferred

πΉ Position 3: Manager, Credit Service & Portfolio Division
Education & Skills:

MBA/MA/BA in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, or Accounting

Strong leadership, decision-making, and portfolio management skills

Expertise in credit appraisal, approval processes, and customer screening

Ability to manage large teams and foster collaboration
-
Excellent reporting and presentation skills
Experience:

8β10 years of relevant experience, especially in the Microfinance Industry

Strong knowledge of portfolio management and financial operations

πΉ Position 4: Manager, Resource Mobilization and Customer Service Division
Education & Skills:

MBA/MA/BA in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, or Accounting

Strong leadership, organizational, and coaching skills

Excellent teamwork, gender equality advocacy, and ethical conduct

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Superior communication and report-writing skills
Experience:

8β10 years of relevant experience (preferably in banking or microfinance)

At least 4 years in a managerial role
