A Media Sales Executive is responsible for selling advertising and media space. This role involves building client relationships, understanding client needs, proposing tailored media solutions, and meeting sales targets.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Present and sell advertising solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare custom media proposals and negotiate contract terms/pricing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, creative) to ensure campaign delivery.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience (preferably in media, advertising, or a related industry).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
