Requirements

• Professional appearance (video interviews).
• Fluency in one of the following language pairs:
  • Russian + Spanish
  • Russian + Portuguese
  • English + Spanish
  • English + Portuguese
• Computer or laptop with webcam and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online interviews with candidates.
• Prepare reports on interview outcomes.

Work Schedule

• 6 working days, 1 day off (6/1).
• 8 hours per day.
• Flexible schedule depending on candidate flow.

Benefits & Conditions

• Monthly income: $800 USD + bonuses for achieving KPIs.
• Training: 1 week (free).
• Internship: 1 month (paid as regular shifts).
• Payment twice a month (on the 6th and 21st).
• Fully remote position.
