📌 About Operation Smile Ethiopia

Operation Smile is an international non‑profit organization dedicated to improving health and dignity through safe surgery. Since 2005, OSE has been active in Ethiopia, running programs at Jimma University Medical Centre, St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College, Ayder Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, and now expanding to Hawassa University Comprehensive Specialized Hospital.

🎓 Qualifications, Skills & Behaviors

• BA in Accounting from a recognized university (0–1 year of experience).
• Strong communication skills in English, Amharic, and Oromifa.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Internet) and financial tools.
• Motivated, coachable, and willing to learn.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when required.
• Must bring a functional laptop.
