Operations Manager for iGaming Company

Position Overview

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building and running the operational engine of XGENIA. Your role is to ensure the company functions efficiently, reliably, and transparently across product delivery, internal workflows, and cross-team collaboration, including financial operations.

This position plays a central role in turning strategic intent into consistent execution. You will help create the structure, cadence, and discipline that allow teams to move fast without chaos.

At our current growth stage, this is a highly hands-on, cross-functional role with direct impact on how the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Design, own, and continuously optimize operational and financial workflows as the company grows
• Establish clear ownership, timelines, and expectations across teams to improve execution and accountability
• Work closely with the CEO to translate strategy into realistic, actionable plans and roadmaps
• Ensure initiatives move efficiently from decision to delivery, removing friction along the way
• Monitor priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks, proactively surfacing issues before they escalate
• Act as the main coordination hub between leadership, product, engineering, and sales
• Implement and maintain lightweight systems for planning, tracking progress, and internal reporting
• Support sales and partnerships by ensuring the organization is operationally ready to deliver on commitments
• Translate commercial agreements into clear internal execution plans and support client onboarding from an operations perspective
• Identify operational weaknesses, bottlenecks, and single points of failure and address them systematically

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, program management, or a comparable role
• Strong execution focus with the ability to turn high-level strategy into structured operational plans
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in complex, fast-moving environments
• Clear communicator who can navigate ambiguity and cross-functional dependencies
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Background in software, AI, or gaming/iGaming is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in startups or scaling companies is highly valued
