Rammis Bank S.C invites qualified and interested fresh graduates to apply for the Graduate Trainee (External) position. The Bank was established to address Ethiopia’s growing demand for modern, interest-free banking services and aims to expand its service coverage across the country.

Position: Graduate Trainee – External

Educational Requirements

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, or other related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

The Graduate Trainee will support daily banking operations, customer service activities, and document processing. Main responsibilities include:

  • Handling cash payments and receipts within assigned limits.
  • Assisting customers at the counter with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Processing account opening requests and promoting the Bank’s products and services.
  • Scanning and uploading customer signatures, ID photos, and authorized staff documents.
  • Posting all types of approved banking transactions.
  • Preparing cash and non-cash tickets/instruments.
  • Managing negotiable instruments and clearance processes.
  • Collecting and transferring cash to/from the Till Administrator.
  • Verifying customer identity before executing transactions.
  • Processing account opening/closing requests, standing orders, amendments, refunds, and related tasks.
