🔧 Key Responsibilities
Lead Database Management

Organize, update, and segment leads using Follow Up Boss

Track follow-up activity and maintain accurate lead pipelines

Ensure consistent client engagement
Appointment Setting

Schedule and confirm meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Manage calendar coordination and timely communication
Concierge Client Services

Provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented client support

Anticipate needs and ensure a high-touch, caring experience

Represent the company with professionalism and heart
Social Media Moderation

Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and interactions

Maintain alignment with our brand voice and community tone

Escalate concerns or feedback as needed
Amharic Communication Support (Required)

Translate verbal and written communication between Amharic and English

Assist in meetings, phone calls, and client correspondence

Serve as a cultural and language bridge to support Ethiopian clients authentically
