1. IT Business Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Minimum 2 years of broad technical experience (databases, applications, infrastructure, cloud, enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, system design).
• Professional Business Analysis certification (CBAP, IIBA) preferred.
• Experience in software development lifecycle in Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and ability to drive initiatives without formal authority.
• Working knowledge of telecom domains (VAS, Charging, CRM, Digital Services).

2. IT Solutions Architect

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in databases, infrastructure, cloud, development, and solutions architecture.
• Background as a developer, systems engineer, or delivery lead preferred.
• Strong skills in designing and delivering complex technical roadmaps.
• Working knowledge of telecom domains (VAS, Charging, CRM).

3. Facility Lead (Internal/External)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Property & Facilities Management or related business field.
• Over 6 years’ post-graduation work experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in vendor management, invoice processing, payment coordination, and health & safety compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with facility management or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

4. Senior Manager – MPESA Finance (Internal/External)

Qualifications:

• Business/IT-related degree from a recognized university.
• Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in financial services, preferably in mobile money.
• Strategic thinker with experience in process simplification, digitalization, and automation.

5. Executive Head of Department – Financial Business Partnering (Commercial) (Internal/External)

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in telecoms or related commercial sectors.
• 10 years of progressive finance experience, including Management Accounting, Forecasting, Financial Accounting, and Finance Operations.
• Strong commercial acumen.

6. Specialist – Customer Value Management (CVM) Development & Operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in data development, ETL workflows, or campaign operations.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools, SQL/PLSQL, and Linux server administration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.

Qualifications:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Experience in data warehouse design, OLAP, ETL frameworks, and BI tools (Power BI).

Qualifications:
