🧑‍💼 Job Position: Sales Person

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Person to join our team in Addis Ababa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, wholesale, and import operations, with proven skills in handling tenders and building customer relationships.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to wholesalers, retailers, and institutions.
• Manage tender processes and prepare competitive proposals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the management team.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve company goals.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in wholesale or import pharmaceutical business.
• Practical experience in tender preparation and management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).

💵 Salary & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary: 14,000 Br – 45,000 Br (ETB) depending on experience and performance.
