Available Job Position
Value-Based Education Officer (EO)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Start Date: March 1, 2026
- Reports to: Program Lead
- Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:
- Develop and manage relationships with partner schools and local networks
- Facilitate training on value-based worldview, leadership, and teaching skills
- Support implementation of training principles through school visits and mentoring
- Coordinate school transformation committees (STCs) and discipleship clubs (DCs)
- Assist in strategic planning and implementation of Edify’s education programs
- Provide oversight of day-to-day operations and ensure program goals are met
- Prepare reports and maintain databases for program monitoring and evaluation
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and impact stories
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Accounting & Finance, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s preferred)
- 3–5 years’ work experience in education, international development, or youth/community development
- Experience as an administrator, educator, consultant, or in Christian ministry leadership desirable
- Strong skills in program design, training, coaching, and mentoring
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
- Proficiency in Google Drive, database management, and reporting tools
