Available Job Position

Value-Based Education Officer (EO)

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Start Date: March 1, 2026
• Reports to: Program Lead
• Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:
  • Develop and manage relationships with partner schools and local networks
  • Facilitate training on value-based worldview, leadership, and teaching skills
  • Support implementation of training principles through school visits and mentoring
  • Coordinate school transformation committees (STCs) and discipleship clubs (DCs)
  • Assist in strategic planning and implementation of Edify’s education programs
  • Provide oversight of day-to-day operations and ensure program goals are met
  • Prepare reports and maintain databases for program monitoring and evaluation
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and impact stories
• Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Accounting & Finance, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s preferred)
  • 3–5 years’ work experience in education, international development, or youth/community development
  • Experience as an administrator, educator, consultant, or in Christian ministry leadership desirable
  • Strong skills in program design, training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, database management, and reporting tools
