Minimum Qualifications
- TVET/College Diploma in Economics, Management, Marketing, Public Administration, Rural Development, Cooperative Studies, Agricultural Economics, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years practical credit or related work experience
Required Skills & Competencies
- Determined personality with initiative, perseverance, and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and alignment with VisionFund’s ideals and core values
- Good knowledge of economic and financial topics
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to interact and work effectively with colleagues at all levels
