Job Purpose

The Graduate Trainee Program aims to build future banking professionals by equipping fresh graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver efficient and customer-focused banking services.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or other related fields.
• Minimum CGPA: 2.75 and above
• Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025
• Age: Below 25 years
• Exit Exam Result: 50% or higher
• Experience: Not required (fresh graduates only)
• COC (for Level IV) is mandatory
• Knowledge of Shari’ah Law and Principles pertaining to Interest-Free Banking Operations is compulsory
