🔹 Vacancy Details

1. Secretary

• Location: Northern Regional Office, Mekelle
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field, OR
  • Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management plus 4 years’ experience (COC required)
• Role Overview: Provide essential secretarial and office administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Salary: Bank’s salary scale + benefits

2. Civil Engineer I

• Location: Northern Regional Office, Mekelle
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) + 3 years’ relevant experience
• Role Overview: Conduct accurate valuation of property pledges and foreclosures in line with internal credit decision and valuation guidelines.

3. Senior Sanitary Engineer

• Location: Northern Regional Office, Mekelle
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Water Supply, Sanitary, Hydraulics, Mechanical, Civil Engineering (or related field) + 4 years’ relevant experience
• Role Overview: Design and manage safe waste disposal systems, handle waste infrastructure planning, and prepare cost assessments in compliance with regulations.

4. Branch Manager IV – IFB (Interest-Free Banking)

• Location: Wegagen Amana Kemise Branch
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field + minimum 5 years’ banking experience, including ≥1 year as Assistant Branch Manager II or Customer Service Supervisor II
• Role Overview: Lead the branch’s interest-free banking operations and manage overall branch performance.
