Job description
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it reaches the right recipients promptly, organize paperwork, maintain filing systems, and retrieve documents as needed.
Monitor office supplies (e.g., stationery, printer cartridges) and reorder, when necessary, additionally, keep supply closets organized and stocked.
Greet guests, offer refreshments and direct them to the appropriate personnel, Handle inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages.
Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and send invitations.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
Ensure common areas are tidy and presentable and disburse small amounts of cash for office expenses.
Additional Requirements:
