Available Job Positions

1. Junior IT Officer (Fresh Graduate)

Qualifications:

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 0 year experience (Only 2024 & 2025 graduates may apply)
• Must pass the National Exit Examination
• CGPA: 3.00 and above for males; 2.75 and above for females
• Age: Below 30

Place of Work: Branches under Addis Ababa area

2. Customer Service Supervisor – Grade I

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience

Place of Work: Branches under Addis Ababa area

3. Branch Manager – Grade I (IFB)

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of banking experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role

Place of Work: IFB Branches under Addis Ababa area

4. Branch Manager – Grade I

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of banking experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role

Place of Work: Branches under all districts except Dire Dawa
