1. Registration Officer
- Education: COC Level 3/4 in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency, fluency in English, Amharic, and local language
- Other: Must hold Fayda ID or valid registration number

2. Registration Facilitator
- Education: Grade 12 complete; training in customer service is an advantage
- Experience: Customer‑facing roles preferred
- Languages: Local language (mandatory), Amharic, basic English
- Other: Must hold Fayda ID

- Location: Regional Registration Centers
3. Administrative Officer (Field Operations)
- Education: BA in Business/Public Administration, Management, or related fields
- Experience: 3+ years in field administration/logistics; large‑scale project experience preferred
- Languages: English, Amharic, and local language
- Other: Fayda ID, valid driver’s license, willingness to travel (75%)

4. Registration Supervisor
- Education: BA in Business/Public Administration, Management, or related fields
- Experience: 3+ years in operations coordination or supervision

- Education: MSc/BSc in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: 6 years (BSc) / 4 years (MSc) in IT operations; digital identity systems experience preferred
- Skills: Security, network administration, databases, troubleshooting, infrastructure management

- Location: HQ/Regional hubs with travel
7. Human Resources Officer (HQ)
- Education: BA in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology; Master’s or HR certification preferred
