ACE Investment & Impact Advisors is a women-owned and led, independent advisory firm that brings a strategic, cross-sector perspective with deep expertise in accelerating public-sector delivery and private-sector development.

We work with governments, development partners, private-sector actors, and investors to design and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact.

We are currently seeking motivated graduates and early-career professionals with strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a keen eye for visualization and design to join our 3-month Internship Program and early career roles.

🔹 Available Positions

1. Intern Data Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with CGPA 3.0+ in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience (including internships or projects)
• Strong visualization & design skills (dashboards, layouts, graphics, data storytelling)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Amharic & English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of analytical tools is an advantage
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities (academic, professional, or extracurricular)
• Team player with adaptability to changing priorities
• Willingness and aspiration for continuous learning & development

📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa

2. Junior Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with CGPA 3.0+ in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience (including internships or projects)
• Strong skills in data visualization & design (dashboards, structured visuals, design assets)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Amharic & English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of other tools is an advantage
• Leadership and decision-making ability (demonstrated through work or activities)
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to ambiguous or changing situations
• Strong desire for growth and continuous learning
