The Addis Ababa Business Trading Enterprise (AABTE) is a key public institution under the Addis Ababa City Administration,

established to support market stability, ensure fair pricing, and improve access to essential goods for residents. The Enterprise plays an important role in strengthening supply chains, facilitating domestic and international trade, and ensuring the availability of industrial and agricultural products.

To continue supporting its mission, AABTE is seeking qualified and committed professionals for the following positions:

1. Medium Duty Operator

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

• Diploma, TVET Level 3/4, or certifications in Electrical Line Installation, Auto Mechanics, General Mechanics, or related technical fields
• 2, 3, or 5 years of relevant experience, depending on qualification level

Salary: 15,930 ETB

2. Cashier Accountant

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or Level IV equivalent
• 2 years of experience (Degree) or 4 years of experience (Diploma)
  Number of Positions: 4

Salary: 10,320 ETB

3. Senior Auditor

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

• BA or MA in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• 6 years of experience (BA) or 4 years of experience (MA), preferably in a business enterprise

Salary: 22,284 ETB

4. Middle Accountant

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

• BA or MA in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• 4 years of experience (BA) or 2 years of experience (MA)
  Number of Positions: 2

Salary: 22,020 ETB

5. Raw Goods & Alaqi Goods Store Keeper

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Logistics Management, Accounting, Purchasing & Supply Management, Business Management, or related fields
• OR TVET 10+4 / Diploma in related areas
• 2 years of relevant work experience

Salary: 22,020 ETB

6. Senior Mechanic

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• 8 years of experience (Diploma) or 6 years of experience (Degree)

Salary: 28,200 ETB

7. Teroly Operator

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

• TVET 10+4 or 10+3 Diploma
• 2 years of experience (10+4) or 3 years of experience (10+3)

Salary: 18,080 ETB

8. Multi-Purpose Repair & Renovation Specialist

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

• Diploma / 10+3 in Drafting, General Mechanics, Woodwork, or related technical fields
• 2 years of relevant work experience

Salary: 15,930 ETB
