Open Positions

1. IT Risk and Compliance Officer – Head Office

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in banking), including 1 year as a junior officer

Job Summary:
Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of IT risks across the Bank. Ensure compliance with internal policies, cybersecurity frameworks, and directives from the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE). Assist in implementing risk mitigation measures and promoting a secure IT environment.


2. Senior IT Risk and Compliance Officer – Head Office

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (preferably in banking), including 2 years in officer positions

Job Summary:
Develop and implement the Bank’s IT risk and compliance framework. Identify, assess, and monitor technology-related risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and NBE directives. Enhance cyber risk controls, IT governance standards, and data protection measures.


3. Senior Brand and Digital Experience Officer – Head Office

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (preferably in banking), including 2 years in officer positions

Job Summary:
Translate the Bank’s brand and digital experience strategy into actionable plans. Lead brand roll-out initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, and social media engagement. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, monitor brand performance, and drive customer engagement.


4. Branch Manager I – Hossaena Branch

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking, Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years in supervisory roles

Job Summary:
Plan, organize, and direct all branch activities. Mobilize resources, approve loans and transfers within authorized limits, handle foreign exchange transactions, and review loan applicants’ financial backgrounds. Prepare regular reports on branch activities to support decision-making.
