Here’s where you come in:
As the Advisor, Global Accountability, you will serve the World Vision partnership with strategic direction and technical leadership to strengthen and balance World Vision’s accountability to its external stakeholders. The focus will be on championing, and overseeing consistent implementation of accountability to children and communities, ensuring compliance with WVI policies, including the Partnership level policies owned by the Global Accountability team and other key policies. The Advisor will work to build awareness and ensure effective implementation through communications and development of appropriate guidelines.
The role also includes providing direction on how World Vision shapes and responds to sector expectations around INGO transparency and accountability, such that we build trust and reputation with key partners, model accountability and transparency to governments and all actors who have power to contribute to the well-being of the most vulnerable children.
