Available Positions

1. Customer Service Officer I

  • Qualification: Diploma/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years (Diploma) or 1 year (BA) in Fintech, Banking, or Microfinance operations
  • Additional: Digital financing knowledge and technology proficiency preferred
  • Responsibilities:
    • Identify and list potential high‑value depositors
    • Review and evaluate loan and guarantee applications
    • Conduct financial and credit analysis
    • Assess collateral sufficiency and credit risks
  • Location: Branch Office – Addis Ababa

2. Senior Customer Service Officer

  • Qualification: Diploma/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Fintech, Banking, or Microfinance operations
  • Additional: Digital financing knowledge and technology proficiency preferred
  • Responsibilities:
    • Identify and list potential high‑value depositors
    • Review and evaluate loan and guarantee applications
    • Conduct financial and credit analysis
    • Assess creditworthiness and risks
  • Location: Branch Office – Addis Ababa

3. Senior Credit Service Analyst & Portfolio Management Officer

  • Qualification: BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Agribusiness
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years (BA) or 3 years (MA) in Fintech, Banking, or Microfinance operations
  • Additional: Digital financing knowledge and technology proficiency preferred
  • Location: Head Office – Addis Ababa
