In addition to ICT services, ALTA Computec has a thriving coffee export division under LATA Agri Export, established 14 years ago. The division is currently growing to meet increasing international demand and is seeking highly committed professionals to join its team.


1. Junior Logistics Officer (Coffee Export) – Fresh Graduate

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience: Fresh graduate (no prior work experience required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing logistics processes for coffee export operations.
  • Work closely with senior staff and receive full training and mentorship.
  • Support documentation, shipment follow-up, and coordination tasks.

Skills Required:

  • Self-motivation and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational ability.

2. Junior Quality Control Officer (Coffee Export) – Fresh Graduate

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience: Fresh graduate (no prior work experience required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Senior Quality Control staff to evaluate raw and export coffee samples in the laboratory.
  • Receive complete training and mentorship.
  • Support quality control documentation and reporting.

Skills Required:

  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Commitment, energy, and teamwork.

3. Accountant

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (coffee export sector experience is an advantage).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and support tax filing/audits.
  • Prepare financial reports as required by management.
