About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Admin & Facility Officer who is passionate about administration, HR support, and facility management. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, efficient facility management, and effective administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to HR and other departments.

Maintain and organize HR records and documents.

Manage internal and external correspondence.

Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and clerical tasks.

Supervise general office cleaning, security deployment, and compound management.
Facility Management
-
Ensure proper maintenance of office buildings, equipment, and utilities (electricity, water, internet).
-
Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
-
Oversee parking, food services, cleaning, and safety management.
-
Manage office assets, insurance coverage, and asset disposal (auction/clearance).

Liaise with government and non-government organizations on administrative matters.

Supervise support staff (kitchen, cleaners, security guards, messengers).

Maintain supplier lists and monitor cost-effective procurement.

Ensure full service delivery from office rental providers.
Requirements
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in administration and facilities management.
-
Facility Management certification is a plus.
Key Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of facility maintenance procedures.
