The Embassy is now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to support administrative, communication, financial, and program-related tasks.

Job Description
The Trainee position provides structured support across three functional areas:
1. Office Management Support (60%)
Administrative & Organizational Tasks
-
Register and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
-
Prepare general letters, copy, bind, and organize office documents
-
Attend incoming calls and make outgoing calls when required
-
Maintain updated information on hotels, vehicle rental services, and airfare options
Logistics & Travel Support
-
Assist in duty travel arrangements (flight booking, hotel reservations, itineraries)
-
Schedule meetings and appointments using Outlook calendar
Office Management
-
Assist in procurement of office supplies (stationery, cleaning materials, equipment)
-
Update the office inventory list
-
Support HR tasks such as leave and sick-leave tracking
2. Petty Cash & Financial Support (20%)
-
Handle petty cash and advances according to office rules
-
Maintain the petty cash book and prepare monthly cash counts
3. Communication, Knowledge Management & Documentation (20%)
-
Support communication activities in coordination with ADA’s communication team
-
Assist with preparation of social media content
-
Draft internal communication inputs for the ADA intranet
-
Support photo selection and documentation in line with ADA visibility guidelines
About You – Minimum Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
Work Experience
-
6 months to 1 year experience in local or international organizations (internships included)
Skills & Competencies

Strong written and spoken English

Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher)
