Position 1: System Administrator II

Qualification and Experience:

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and Systems.
• Professional certifications such as RHCSA, LPIC-1/LPIC-2, VCP-DCV, CCNA, CompTIA Server+, MCSA, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, or ITIL® 4 Foundation are added advantages.

Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring the Bank’s IT ecosystem, identifying and resolving system-related issues, and ensuring continuous and secure IT operations. The role requires close collaboration with IT teams to maintain smooth network and system functionality.

Position 2: Data Analyst and BI Developer II

Qualification and Experience:

• BSc Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in IT and the banking sector.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of data analytics and information management systems. Ensures that management decisions rely on accurate data insights. The role involves data design, development, analysis, and reporting.

Position 3: Senior IFB Product Development Officer

Qualification and Experience:

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant banking experience.

Job Summary:
Handles planning and execution of Islamic Banking (IFB) products throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include market analysis, requirement gathering, product vision definition, and cross-unit coordination to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Position 4: Principal IFB Product Development Officer

Qualification and Experience:

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum six (6) years of banking experience, including at least two (2) years in a senior position, preferably in IFB services.

Job Summary:
Leads and manages the IFB product development division. Oversees lifecycle planning, requirement management, market analysis, and strategic alignment of Islamic Banking products.

Position 5: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch

Qualification and Experience:

• BA Degree in Business-related fields.
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant banking experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory role.
• Master’s degree and training in banking operations, credit management, or leadership are added advantages.

Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling branch activities. Ensures compliance with operational standards, drives sales and customer service, manages budgets, and fosters community engagement.
