1. Real Estate Agents
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology & Management
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil engineering or construction management
-
Familiarity with real estate terminology and the local property market is an advantage
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
-
Skilled in digital platforms, mobile apps, and CRM tools for client management
-
Ability to market properties using social media and online lead generation tools

Excellent communicator – strong verbal & written communication skills

Go-getter – ambitious, target-driven, and self-motivated

Problem-solver – creative and analytical mindset

Tech-savvy – comfortable with CRM software & sales tools

💰 Salary: Gross 25,000 ETB + Sales Commission + Other benefits (per company policy)

2. Receptionist
Qualifications:

Degree in Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or related fields
-
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role (real estate sector experience is a plus)

Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and management software
-
Strong customer service orientation with professional appearance and attitude
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-
Fluency in English and Amharic (other languages are a plus)

3. Executive Secretary
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
-
3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar executive support role
-
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry (preferred)

Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
-
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-
Experience handling legal and contractual documents related to real estate
