Available Positions

1. Security Guard

  • Qualifications & Skills:
    • High school graduate.
    • Good English and Amharic (written and oral).
    • Experience in security (police, military, or related field) with proven track record.
    • Strong attention to detail and follow‑up discipline.
    • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and make clear decisions.
    • Excellent teamwork and contribution to wider Embassy objectives.
    • Recommendation from previous security employer required.
  • Salary: USD 371.74 (subject to tax and statutory deductions).

2. Finance Analyst

  • Qualifications & Skills:
    • Previous experience in finance roles (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, resource accounting).
    • Ability to collaborate with programme managers and finance colleagues to deliver accurate financial positions.
    • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookups, complex formulas).
    • Confidence in explaining complex financial information to non‑finance colleagues.
    • Ability to review and improve financial systems, tools, and reporting processes.
    • Strong organisational skills to manage deadlines and ad‑hoc requests.
    • Willingness to challenge assumptions and propose improvements.
  • Salary: USD 1,504.61 (subject to tax and statutory deductions).
